Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that THEXPR isn’t the best solution for your business, simply cancel your account.
How does the "personal advice and help" work?
Whenever you need help with finding your people or growing your team, you can message us and ask for advice. We can also book 1-to-1 video calls where you can explain the problem in details.
If I don't need 3 people for my team, can I have just 1 or 2?
Yes. We will do whatever you prefer, but in our experience, a group of 3 people and a mentor that will organise their work and guide them, work best.
How will I interact with my mentor?
All communication will be online through video meetings and personal messages. However, if you have some spare time and want to jump to the head office for a cup of coffee, you are very welcome.
Everyone on your team will have an individual mentor that will guide them in the job they are doing. For example, your digital marketing person will have a mentor who is a Digital Marketing Expert.
Can I call you when I have an issue, or are you just personalising all the information towards my company when I'm starting out?

You can message us whenever you need and book a time for a video meeting. You can also get help from the community in our closed Facebook group.
